• Inspection of critical components for wear, leaks, and integrity: Hopper, foot, ceramic air jet, wear pipe, steel pipe, separator box, and damper settings.

Blast machine

• Key areas inspected for wear, settings, and integrity include: Grit valve, pop-up sealing ring, pipe fittings, regulator sets, remote control valve, and vessel.
• Blast hose assembly.
• Comprehensive checks on the following: Pot coupling and gasket, nozzle holder and gasket, blast hose, dead-man handle, and red and yellow lines.

Dust extraction system

• Maintenance focuses on filter bags/carts, cartridge filters, damper settings, and, where necessary, the filter shaker.

Breathing system

Includes detailed checks of:

• Breathing helmet: Helmet condition and low-pressure warning device functionality.
